fee arrangements

Finally, in certain limited legal matters, our firm has
established a contingent fee arrangement. In our contingent fee
cases, we have established a reasonable contingent rate through
which a prearranged fee for legal services is taken only upon
the successful outcome of a case through settlement or through
litigation. Our contingent fee arrangement excludes costs and
expenses advanced by our firm during the course of our
representation, and our firm is normally reimbursed for
these advances.
