Depending on the nature of the legal services sought by our
clients, our firm’s charges for fees are based on either our
standard hourly rate, a fixed fee arrangement, or a contingent
fee basis. In cases where a fixed feeor contingent fee arrangement
is imprecise or impractical, our fees for legal services are based
on our standard hourly rate.

Our firm’s hourly rate has been set in accordance with the
community standards of our practice locality, and is designed to
be reasonable to those we serve. Because our firm recognizes
that certain legal services are conducive to a flat fee arrangement,
we offer fixed fees for many routine legal matters. In situations
where fixed fee arrangements are practical, this billing practice
has proven beneficial and cost-effective to our clients
